Quality Policy

Personal Security as a company providing technical support services for security systems and monitoring of security systems through the Central Signal Reception Station & patrols considers that Quality for all of us at Personal Security means that we want to agree:

  • with the requirements of our customers

  • with the legal/regulatory requirements

  • with the objective goals/Quality objectives we set

In order to be consistent with the above, Personal Security:

  • has adopted a Quality Management System that complies with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015

  • reviews and continuously improves the characteristics of the services, where possible as well as the effectiveness of the processes and, by extension, the entire Quality Management System

  • sets goals for Quality, which it establishes & evaluates with respect to their degree of achievement, within the framework of Management Review

  • provides the necessary resources for the smooth, effective and efficient operation of each department

  • invests in continuous information, training, and education of personnel, in order to promote quality in every activity

  • identifies, measures, analyzes, and evaluates the critical parameters of each process, in order to achieve the objective goals/Quality objectives
